- No refunds on services.
- If you are 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may not be able to accommodate, therefore it will then be considered a walk-in for the next availability.
- No shows, without contacting the salon, will result in no more appointment privileges.
- Gift certificates are not refundable or returnable
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- The salon is not responsible for your personal property, please keep it with you at all times.
- Beverages are reserved for clients only and limited to 1 per client
- Please limit your phone use such as video call or conversation on speakers as much as possible as shown respect to others.
- Outside foods are not appreciated to be eaten in the salon.
- We offer complimentary fixes within 5 days of Gel Polish services, Nails Enhancement upon management approval.
- Pets are welcome but under your supervision.
- Salon is a non-smoking premises including electric cigarettes.
